I found a nice book on the Internet about Irishman adventures in Poland. Tom Galvin spent few years in Poland in mid 90's describing my country as a place without any good food. Yes, you heard me right. Somebody actually doesn't like Polish food, which no doubt it's a proof of insanity according to my fellow Polish immigrants. So many times I came across posts on the forum, saying how bad Irish cuisine is, while praising over the Polish one. Why don't we just admit that we like our food because it's OURS? Polish cooking it's not the best in the world and Irish dish certainly isn't the worst.
